Bobby has an egg-shaped head and rounded square-shaped mouth. He also has skinny arms with small hands. He then later gain much plumper arms for his live hands in the seventh and eighth season. |

In the fourth season, the puppet sports blue soda cans, a brown vest, and a blue shirt, mainly for chroma-key scenes. In one episode, he sports rod arms that was back in 2002. |

For the fifth season revival, Bobby's hair is now more vibrant in color. His head has a more egg head shape, and his outfit is a black shirt and jeans with overall straps. Also, he has new "El Brazo" soda cans, smaller pupils, and his nose is noticeably a bit small and taller. |
