Crank Yankers Season 1 (2002) |
Birchum had crooked eyeglasses, and a rounded teardrop-shaped head. He wears a gray hat, a flannel work shirt, and beige overalls.
Also, his overalls were changed to light denim in Episode 5. |

His nose is shorter and was pushed down, making him a bit younger. His nose tends to move when he's talking. Also, his hair and eyebrows are noticeably combed. |

Crank Yankers Season 3 (2004-2005; 2007) |
Once again, Birchum's nose is a higher up, much like in 2002. His eyeglasses were fixed straight, and his head becomes thinner. Also, his mouth becomes more straighter and a bit larger.
He mostly stays the same, except the fact that in the fourth season, his shirt been changed to blue, mostly for chroma-key scenes. |

For the fifth season revival, this version of Birchum is akin to the previous version. Birchum's hat is crumpled and slightly squared. His nose moves slightly when he talks, and his hair darker is thicker. He now wears a red flannel shirt and denim overalls. Also, he has been upgraded to a new headset and phone for modern technology. |
